I officially meant the owner of the store, Pierre, and he is very kind and helpful. I still have to meet Pierre's wife then I would have met every employee at my mentorship. Since my mentor Kevin has been away for sometime now due to an leg injury. The guy I've been working, Jason Cox, has agreed to be my mentor until (and if) Kevin does return.
I am still learning new things around the shop. Just like recently, I learned how to close down the store. I went to mentorship on a Tuesday instead of a Sunday like I usually do. I also learned how to make gift certificates and how to put names on layaway for customers.
The past few weeks have been pretty slow unlike most weeks I have been going. It gives me more time to ask questions to Jason while not doing anything at times.
